How To Care For Your Fine Art Prints & Studio Products
Let’s make sure that your Prints, Wall Art, Albums, & Image Boxes will always be as exquisite as they were the moment that you received them! All of the Fine Art Prints & Products that I carry here at the Studio have been handmade with acid-free, museum-quality archival materials - the papers, leathers, acrylics, & glass have special protective coatings on them that can be damaged by harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, etc. All of these prints & products have been assembled by professional photo labs in Italy & in the U.S.A., & are guaranteed to last for decades if given the proper care.

Take a moment to read the care instructions below to learn some dos and donts for handling & storing your artwork & products! If any of your products arrive to you damaged, please reach out to the Studio immediately to resolve any delivery issues that may have occurred.
Cotton GloveS
Cotton Gloves are ideal for handling valuable artwork & items with sensitive surfaces. Made from white, chloride-free, bleached, 100% cotton jersey material, these gloves will provide protection from fingerprints, oils, and scratches.
Microfiber Cloth
High-quality, soft, microfiber material will absorb and remove dust, oil, smudges, fingerprints, & dirt without leaving behind any scratches, streaks, marks, or lint.
Storage
Always store your Wall Art, Photos, Albums & Image Boxes at room temperature, & avoid exposing them to direct sunlight, heat, or moisture. Avoid hanging your Wall Art directly above heating vents, stoves, wood-burning fireplaces, or in high-moisture areas such as bathrooms.
HANDLING
When handling your Prints, Albums, or Image Boxes, be sure to have clean, dry hands or to wear protective cotton gloves. The white mats can stain very easily if you have any traces of dirt, makeup, etc. on your skin.
Avoid rubbing or touching the surface of your prints as this can cause spots & fading. Keep your unframed matted prints in their cellobags & in their storage box until you are ready to frame them - this will prevent them from getting damaged or dusty.
Cleaning
When cleaning your Wall Art, always use an ammonia-free glass or acrylic cleaner. Cleaners that contain ammonia can discolor a frame, cause acrylic glazing to turn yellow, & can also scratch or damage the UV coatings on glass, plexiglass, & acrylic surfaces. Never spray cleaner directly onto your Wall Art as the liquid can seep down inside the frame & damage the artwork inside. Instead, spray cleaner directly onto a soft lint-free cloth & then clean the glass or acrylic front with gentle, circular motions.
Do not use water or any cleaning solutions to clean your Leather or EcoLeather Albums or Image Boxes! Use a clean, dry, lint-free microfiber cloth to gently dust your Album or Image Box.
Keep these tips in mind, & your fine art prints & products are guaranteed to last for decades!
